The District sits right on Jacksonville's historic square — a short walk from Jacksonville State University and simple to reach from Highway 21 and the surrounding region. Park once and walk to dinner, shopping, and a show.
Phase one includes a dedicated 96-space parking lot, and we're working with the City to bring 400+ more public spaces downtown — with on-square parking steps from every storefront.
